David's Testimony
"In the fall of 2021 while assisting a client in a medical care facility i badly damaged the left side of my lower, mid and upper back, to compensate for the pain i naturally started carrying more weight on my right side of my body which caused damage to ligaments in my knee and shortly thereafter the arches in my feet collapsed. I've always had a high pain tolerance but the result of these injuries in sequence saw me in constant discomfort to the point where the only relief I could get from it was to be laying on my back which i did for 3 months, anytime there was no immediate responsibility required of me.
Through that 3 month period i sought help from chiropractic, registered massage and physio therapy practitioners, all seemed to do nothing to move my healing along and did little to ease my discomfort.
I've always been a strong believer that ones. Physical and Mental Health have a direct correlation and with me being immobilized for such a long period of time i sank into a deep state of depression, with bouts of anxiety, panic attacks and suicidal ideations.
I was desperate to get better and so when i was refereed to Noreen, i was willingly to try anything no matter how unconventional.
After 1 treatment from Noreen, there was a noticeable difference in my physical health and posture. After 2 treatments my pain was cut in half, the third treatment something very strange happened. After 17 years of smoking and upon Noreen's departure i lit up a cigarette and could not bare the taste, i could literally only taste chemicals. After 3 more attempts to smoke that day, i have never smoked another cigarette going on almost a year by my count.
Today i have full mobility back in my body, am free of the mental health anguish i was in and have some of the best range of motion in my body i have had since i was a child.

"I, Carole M. Gogol, began 'Spinal Tough Treatment' treatments with Noreen in Jan/03. "I had very bad hyperlordosis growing up, so I had a sore back, and by the time I was in my teens, (sorry for this) I had gotten severe menstrual cramps. I would have to stay home from school as they were so painful and felt very ill. When I started receiving posture treatments from Noreen, still being in my late teens, I had been apprehensive and nervous to try a treatment I hadn't known about. It was just before that time of the month which I had been dreading, like any teen does. When it came, I was surprised to not feel as awful as normal. I wasn't 100% sure why. I went for my next treatment and Noreen mentioned that I had shifted in my posture quite a bit. I was shy, so didn't really say anything about the change that had occurred. "The first time I met Noreen I was in a great deal of pain from a mishap at work. I could hardly take a step without pain traveling up my legs to my back. I also was not able to sit properly on a chair or couch. After one treatment I was able to walk without pain, taking normal steps and was able to sit in a chair without pain.
Since that time, I have had other treatments which have benefited my posture. I was in a vehicle accident where my vehicle was struck from the side which left my shoulder, neck and back with many moments of agonizing pain. A few treatments later I was able to move and sit in comfort again.
At a recent social event I bent down to kneel on a couch when an excruciating pain was locked inside my left leg. I couldn't move.
